The Office of Human Resources is proud to host Staff Development Week, June 2-5, 2025. This event is an opportunity for professional development and community building for staff across the University of Missouri System. During Staff Development Week, invited speakers will share information and insights on high-demand topic areas over four days of virtual sessions.
This special week features a series of sessions led by subject matter experts, focusing on two broad areas:
Professional Development: These sessions are designed to support career growth by exploring current trends and helping participants develop new skills to advance in their careers.
Personal Development: These sessions aim to enhance self-awareness by helping individuals better understand their personalities, strengths, weaknesses, aspirations, and talents, with the goal of improving various aspects of their lives.
