Stress Less, Live More Presentation

In response to rising concerns around stress and mental health, our United Healthcare liaisons have created a presentation called “Stress Less, Live More” that focuses on tips to reduce stress, sleep strategies, and information on the mental health benefits that are included as part of members benefits.

Participants will learn:

•Emotional Wellbeing Solutions, mental health benefits that are included in your medical plan.
•Stretching Exercises
•Guided Breathing by Calm
