On March 13, 2026, 海角论坛 dental and dental hygiene students and faculty joined forces with TeamSmile and the Kansas City Royals to deliver an unforgettable day of care at the Urban Youth Academy.
Together, they provided free dental services to 223 children from underserved communities—many receiving dental care for the very first time. By breaking down barriers like cost and access, the event created a welcoming space where kids could get the care they need and deserve.
TeamSmile also helped connect children to a lasting “dental home,” ensuring continued care beyond the event.
