The reduced course load/FTE form is available in the ISAO Portal for current students. Access for new students is added at the start of each semester.

International students may participate in semester or short-term study abroad programs through 海角论坛's . All outgoing 海角论坛 study abroad students, whether U.S. citizens or international enrollees, are required to purchase GeoBlue health insurance for the duration of the program.
