Renters Assistance

Renters Insurance:

It is highly recommended that all renters have their own separate insurance to cover personal property from damage, loss, or theft.  Landlords (including 海角论坛 Residential Life) do not assume responsibility for the payment of any such loss or damages.  Contact an insurance agent to discuss your options.

Utility Services:

Review your lease carefully to determine what utilities are your responsibility and to set up an account with the utility company for your location (such as water and trash services for your area).
